A high density screen print is a method used to produce a thicker, 3D raised textured high quality print of artwork mostly on garments. This involves applying a thick ink composition coating through a screen multiple times, aligning it with the artwork on the apparel. Each individual ink coating is cured at very high temperature compared to regular screen printing method. Frequent layer by layer color coat will create a raised design stand out approx. 1mm or more on the fabric surface.
