TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Turn around time on your order with us starts when we have:
a) Finalized artwork/ Design with print specifications for T-shirt / Product Customization.
b) Final size breakup of the product to be customized will be shared by customer ( Customized t-shirts, design t-shirts, printed merchandise for fest etc. ) and.
c) 60% advance amount for order confirmation before production .
2. Our current turn around time is 15 days for shipping across India, after placing the order with us. For international shipment, we schedule it accordingly.
3. We do intensive quality checks, but any complain regarding the quality of product should be intimated within 3 days of product delivery at your destination.
4. Balance amount to be paid within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do ship across the globe, but international shipment charges/taxes has to be paid against the order by the customer.
How do I return an item?
Once you initiate the return, we will arrange pickup of the consignment from your location.
What is your returns policy?
If the consignment has wear & tear or any other quality issues during shipment, will be returned and we will replace the defective pieces without any additional cost.
How do I track my order?
We will be updating you via SMS/Call or an email
at every stage of processing your order.

We support surface, air shipment and priority shipment or self pickup from our office.
